Hi I’m Becky, a Holistic and Sports massage therapist dedicated to helping clients in the Forest of Dean. My journey into massage therapy began with my original qualification in Holistic Massage many years ago. After taking time away from the profession I returned to my passion, helping people to move more freely and feel a sense of wellbeing. To further enhance my skills, I studied Sports Massage at the Cotswold Training Academy, achieving a distinction from iTEC. The combination of these techniques allows me to offer a truly customised experience, whether your goal is deep relaxation or targeted recovery.I enjoy sports myself and after completing a number of half marathons I took the plunge and finished my first marathon earlier this year. I also enjoy going to the gym and have taken part in strong competitions, something I never thought I would do but have enjoyed it so much I have done 3! I also have completed my first Turf Games competition and am currently training for my first Hyrox event... this is the year of the firsts! 

My personal hobbies and interests allow me to empathise and support clients that are looking to improve their own physical health to enable them to pursue sports activities whether it be for, training/competitions or just for pure hobbies and enjoyment. Having previously worked in an office environment for many years I also recognise the importance of improving your wellbeing and addressing issues caused by adverse effects of sitting in prolonged periods at a desk, driving or activities that cause strain and discomfort on the body. My personal sports massage treatment journey began when I twinged my back getting off the sofa! I look forward to hearing from you
